Payment

Cash, money order, or personal check.  We now accept MasterCard and Visa.

Weekly Deposit Required

Weekly rentals require 1/2 week deposit.  Balance is due on check-in.  A deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Weeks run from Sunday PM to Friday AM.

Stays of 5 days or more receive a 10% discount.

Weekend Deposit Required

A deposit must be received at the time of making a reservation.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm, check-out time: 10:30 am (Earlier check-ins or later check-outs can sometimes be arranged for additional fee)

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
