Age Restrictions - Must Be At Least 21

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE TO RENT OUR CABINS AND THE PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE CABIN IS RENTED MUST BE WITH THOSE OCCUPYING THE CABIN.

Satellite TV Now Available For Guests Wanting TV

For a ten dollar processing fee (entire stay) we will prepare your cabin for TV. We offer NFL Sunday Ticket during football season and may be able to arrange a late checkout for 1/2 days stay so you can enjoy all the games. We offer HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, ESPN and a great selection of channels. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TV.

For guests preferring not to have this service, there is nothing in the cabin to suggest a TV - There are no TV's in the cabin. Please mention your preference at the time of booking, or at sometime prior to your arrival.

Camp Fires and Firewood

Firewood is provided.  Excessive use will be charged.  For safety's sake, keep the campfire low.

Kitchen Supplies

Toasters, coffee pots, microwave, silverware and glassware are provided.  Failure to wash dishes will cause a $35.00 fee.

Linens, Towels, etc.

Guests must bring their own towels (bath and kitchen).  Linens are provided.  One blanket per bed is also provided.  Cabins also have microwaves, hairdryers, clock radios and charcoal grills.

Guests

Additional guests must be registered at the office.  SORRY, WE CAN NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS AS STATED IN EACH CABIN .. NOT EVEN IF THEY ARE CHILDREN.

Pets

Dogs are the ONLY pets permitted.  Dogs are welcome at a cost of $10.00 PER DAY PER DOG.  Dogs must never be left unattended in the cabin.  Owners assume full responsibility for their dog's behavior.  Crates are preferred. 

RV's, campers, tents

Sorry, no RV's, campers, or tents are permitted on the grounds.  There are state and public campgrounds nearby that may be able to accommodate these.  We suggest you call early as they fill up fast.

Smoking

Evergreen Cabins is a SMOKE FREE environment.  Guests are invited to smoke on porches and campfire areas.  This is for both safety and health reasons.
